Adecco is assisting a medical device company recruiting for an Administrative Assistant located in Allendale, NJ.

Hours are 8:00am - 5:00pm

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provides administrative support to a department or individual.
  • Duties may include word processing, filing, faxing, answering phones, receiving and directing visitors, scheduling, financial record keeping, coordinating meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies and sorting/distributing mail.
  • May work on special projects.
  • Must be able to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Strong communication skills and organizational skills are essential.
  • Familiarity with MS Office required.
    Serves as administrative assistant to the litigation/investigations function.
  • Works on administrative issues, including document preparation, scheduling, travel arrangements, expenses and office needs, as well as work on legal claims, records processing, file organization, preparation of correspondence, reports, presentations and other responsibilities.

  • High School Diploma
