Responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant position include but are not limited to:

  • Heavy follow up with manufacturers to get contracts signed
  • Answer phones
  • Draft letters
  • Send reminders
  • Use Microsoft Outlook, Word, and basic Excel
  • Learn the company's system and input data throughout the day
  • Other administrative duties, as assigned
  • Requirements for the Administrative Assistant position include:

  • Previous office experience
  • Microsoft Outlook, Word, and basic Excel skills
  • Professional oral and written skills
  • Highly organized with excellent follow-up skills
  • Ability to multi-task and complete multiple projects
  • Adaptable
