Admin Tasks 1) General Office a) Ordering Supplies -- b) Answering Phones --- c) Mail --- Open and action 2) Finance a) Enter payables upon receipt, file in open invoices b) Match check stubs to vendor receipt and file c) Check statements when they arrive in mail 3) Customers a) Help direct calls to correct people b) Enter parts sales orders into the system 4) Purchasing a) Match packing slips to vendor invoices b) Let someone know if PO/packing slip/invoice don¿t match 5) Shipping a) Fulfill orders and do fedex shipping b) Ship spare parts orders Other duties will vary depending on growth or plan forward
