We are looking for an experienced administrative assistant who has the ability to analyze market data. Some other duties will include proofing, editing and issuing weekly reports; performing general clerical duties (i.e. phone coverage, mail, fax, letters, FedEx, etc.); arranging travel for management; creating purchase orders; implementing activities associated with in-house meetings; and maintaining inventory of office supplies for multiple departments.

-Candidates MUST have at least 2 years of Administrative experience
