Responsibilities for this Administrative Assistant job include:
• Scheduling/Setting up Training Rooms
• Coordinating Facilitators
• Inviting Attendees
• Ordering food/drinks for trainee’s
• Tracking of Trainee attendance

• Submitting attendance to HR
• Communicate with business leaders, staff and field employees

Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Must type a minimum of 50 wpm
• Basic working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook

• Must be able to pass background/drug screen


This is a first shift, Monday-Friday position. Pay rate will be $13 to $14.50 an hour. Adecco provides one of the most comprehensive benefits packages in the industry to contract workers. Benefits are available to you as a contractor after one week of employment.
