Job Overview
Serve as initial point of contact in greeting internal customers. Provide administrative assistance to respective team(s). Key Job Accountabilities
� Provide administrative assistance to support site initiatives, policies, presentations and projects
� Plan, organize schedule and prepare presentation materials
� Conduct data analysis, prepare reports, metrics, visual graphs, tools and serve as subject matter expert on department data
� Plan, organize and prepare events, meetings, training, interviews, travel, conference rooms and customer visits
� Assist with on boarding new team members
� Maintain department metrics, supplies and bulletin boards
� Coordinate repairs of department equipment and order special supplies as needed
� Handling of confidential material and data and maintaining confidentiality
� Additional duties as assigned by management

Skills & Abilities
� Advanced decision making and problem solving skills
� Advanced computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
� Demonstrate flawless execution through attention to detail, editing, proof reading, verbal and written communication skills
� Demonstrate understanding of Lean principles through standardizing administrative processes, documenting standard work and
Continuous Improvement Thinking
� Ability to maintain confidentiality
� Ability to work independently and in a team environment
� Must be able to effectively interact with employees on all levels
� Ability to interact directly with the customer with a high level of professionalism
� Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
� Ability to consistently meet deadlines

Education & Experience
� A minimum of a post-high school education (college, vocational school or specialized training) or equivalent experience is required for this position; a Bachelor's degree is preferred
� Experience of 5 year(s) is required for this position, assuming education requirements are met. Equivalent industry experience of
2 or more years in highly desirable
� JDE experience highly desired
� Must have strong Excel and reporting experience
