Administrative Assistant

This is a small Call Center environment - must have experience with inbound calls at a Call Center.

Will be answering telephone and directing calls - fast paced environment. The average is 60-70 calls per day per person.
Experience with Zen desk is a huge plus.
Data entry - entering information as the call is taking place into the system and be able to work with a dual screen into another system.
Providing Customer services through non-voice means such as Email/Chat
