Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for an Administrative Assistant in Nashville, TNThis is a temporary opportunity.  


Responsibilities for this Administrative job include:


  • Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems, and use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management, and other applications
  • Answer office telephone and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals
  • Greet office visitors and handle their inquiries or direct them to the appropriate person based on their needs
  • Open, read, route, and distribute incoming mail or other materials and answer routine letters
  • Maintain calendars and schedule both on and off-site meetings
  • Experience  working in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint




  • Bachelors Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 1-year administrative experience
  • Reliable Transportation
  • Ability to pass background and drug screens


Pay for this position is $16.50/hr. This is a temporary opportunity.  Schedule is 7a-4pm Monday-Friday.
