This is for a long-term temp-to-hire opportunity that will give you valuable experience to enhance your career. As an Administrative Assistant you will perform routine clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, or providing information to callers. Responsibilities for this Administrative Assistant job include:
- Reporting day to day operations, getting transport quotes, sending catalogues
- Reporting directly to the Area Managers and headquarters
- Keep the office organized
- Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Scheduling appointments for any service assistance
- Sending invoices to customers
- Soliciting payments and collections activity as needed
- High school Diploma or Equivalent
- 5+ years of Administrative Assistant Experience
- Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Billing or similar experience strongly preferred
- Invoicing experience strongly preferred
