A direct hire Administrative Assistant job in New York, NY is available through Adecco Medical and Science. You must have current experience supporting management with calendaring. You will work closely with various healthcare departments and management.

Administrative Assistant job responsibilities include:
• Schedules all internal and external meetings, conferences, and appointments and travel
• Facilitating day-to-day requests and other critical action items on behalf of management you support
• Organizing and maintaining calendars via MS Outlook, answering incoming calls and initiating prompt responses, prioritizing schedules to ensure the most critical matters are handled or responded to in a timely manner
• Handling general clerical duties, such as faxing, filing, photocopying, binding, compiling press releases, and completing business expense reports and other tasks

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• One plus years of administrative support
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to assess priorities and organize work to meet deadlines and requirements.
