Administrative Assistant

Adecco is hiring for an Administrative Assistant role in the fiance industry in NYC for a 6mos-12mos period.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To draft, type, register, scan, and safekeeping any minutes, memos, and correspondence for Senior Management and Administration Department to include letters (all invitation requests), memos, forms, reports, and any related documents.
  • To prepare and translate the minutes and reports upon necessary.
  • To maintain the tidy of the management office and the cafeteria, He/She should also ensure the supplies and inventory needs in the cafeteria and refill all the related needs upon necessary on a daily basis.
  • To arrange the delegation activities and Branch activities upon necessary.
  • To register, order and maintain the promotion gifts for the Bank.
  • To scan, register and process the payments for the Branch.
  • To assist the Department Head to work on special project as assigned by the Bank.
  • To perform other tasks as assigned by Department Head or his/her alternate from time to time.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese

EDUCATION:

College degree or equivalent experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
