POSITION: Administrative Assistant
DURATION: 6 months *Possibility of extension*


Process invoices and the check invoices to contracts and add accounting data, (this often requires looking up old invoices to get data) and filling.
Support facility invoicing, procurement, and payment process
Support all Project, Construction and Office Managers on site with office tasks to include setting up and maintaining filling systems, answering phones, purchasing of office supplies, and any other required computer or office tasks


Required to have a high school degree or equivalent experience and experience with an office administrative role
Required to have experience working within a specific role of running office functions for a mid-sized office. This contractor will handle any required office responsibilities
Strong proficiency in the following: SAP (or similar financial application), Excel, PowerPoint and Ariba (or similar procurement application)
Excellent communication skills
Ability to interact with all levels of the organization/management
Ability to work independently and in a high pressure, time constrained environment
