Administrative Assistant

Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for and administrative assistant in Ogdensburg, NY.  This position would be a full time, seasonal (40+ hours per week) position, December – July, working for one of the area’s premier employers!
 


Responsibilities for the seasonal Administrative Assistant include but are not limited to:

  • Coordinate with internal logistics teams and external vendors to ensure on-time delivery of products to customers
  • Use Microsoft Excel to enter and track data across several projects/departments
  • Handle calls from customers and answer questions regarding the status of orders in a professional manner
  • Scanning documents into internal database
  • All other duties as assigned

 

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for this opening:

  • At least 2 years of experience working in a professional / administrative setting
  • Competency with the Microsoft Office Suite, - emphasis on Excel
  • Positive, upbeat demeanor with a focus on customer service
  • GED or Highschool diploma required
