Qualifications for the medical office position include:

  • Excellent customer service skills with calm, friendly telephone demeanor
  • Ability to calmly and clearly communicate with patients and office staff
  • Scheduling appointments and pick up times for glasses/contacts
  • Strong clerical skills (data entry, Word/Excel, filing, etc.) and good organizational skills
  • 2+ years experience in a medical office environment - Optical office experience a plus!
