Administrative Assistant

Adecco is currently assisting our client in their search to fill an Administrative Assistant position in Palo Alto, CA 94306 paying $17/hr!
The Administrative Assistant performs diverse, advanced and confidential administrative support functions including composing, signing and releasing routine and complex correspondence. May be involved in high-level client contact and exposure to sensitive information, and must use considerable tact, diplomacy and judgment.   • Direct customer service experience is a MUST
  • Previous clerical experience is a MUST
  • Professional demeanor needed
  • College degree is preferred
  • High school degree plus extensive customer service/clerical experience will be considered
  • Start date will be as soon as possible
  • Shift: M - F 7:00am to 3:30pm (at least 37.50 hours per week)
