Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search for a Administrative Assistant / Payroll Assistant in Redding, CA. This is a Full-Time opportunity. Apply Now if you meet the qualifications listed below!

 

Administrative duties include being the 'face' of the firm with clients, answering phones, making appointments, scanning documents, filing, assembling tax returns and other tasks as they arise. Payroll duties include processing client payroll, maintaining payroll records and preparing payroll tax returns. The person we desire will be detail oriented with strong organizational skills, a problem-solver, familiar with current payroll tax laws, have the ability to manage time and meet deadlines, have strong computer skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks. Friendly and professional interpersonal skills are a must. 3+ years of related experience in a professional office is preferred. An AA or better in Accounting is a plus. The position is full-time from January through mid-April and averages 24-30 hours per week the remainder of the year.
