Administrative Assistant - Payroll Clerk

Job Details - 
Prepare hourly payroll data for payroll calculation and reports; provide earnings information as requested.

Job Duties - 

  • Collect, post and verify time from payroll records.
  • Complete all necessary payroll deduction and adjustment reports.
  • Transmit payroll data via personal computer to corporate payroll center.
  • Distribute hourly payroll checks.
  • Complete confidential employment and wage inquiries.
  • Maintain daily manpower reports.
  • Make minor petty cash disbursements.
  • Type and file letters, records and reports.
  • Perform other clerical positions as required.
  • Perform other miscellaneous work as directed by coke accounting manager.
  • Maintain a complete payroll by posting hours worked.
  • Classify overtime.
  • Calculate incentive allowances and gross pay.
  • Process all payroll deductions.
  • Prepare a variety of reports.
  • Maintain a complete payroll by posting hours worked.

Requirements - 
  • Must have High School Diploma
  • 3-5 year Payroll experience
  • Strong computer and data entry skills
