Responsibilities for this Administrative Assistant job include:

- Enter all orders for sales reps which includes: purchase orders and production orders
- Review all orders entered against customer's PO to ensure accuracy
- Arranges small parcel shipments
- Enter all return authorizations for sales reps
- Communicate with customers on their orders
- Prepare required information and documents per client requirements. Including inspection reports, other required documentation, warranty and inspection certificates as needed prior to shipment.
- Assemble and scan invoiced, completed customer order files for retention
- Assist with filing organization of customer quote and order files
- Assist with other office administration in support of inside sales


- High School Diploma
- 2-5 years of Administrative experience in Manufacturing and Logistics
- 3 years' experience in an inside sales support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, and Excel)

Starting salary between $17 to $19 per hour

Candidates may be required to submit to a pre-employment drug screen
