Responsibilities for this Administrative Assistant job include:

- Provide administrative assistance and give support to leadership team
- Receives and directs all incoming mail and packages
- Process expenses and coding for travel and credit card statements
- Provide travel assistance to executive team
- Manage procurement of office supplies for central office


- High School Diploma

- 2+ years of Administrative and Customer Service experience
- High degree of professionalism in oral and written communications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, and Excel)


Starting salary between $15.50 to $16.25 per hour

Candidates may be required to submit to a pre-employment drug screen
