Adecco is assisting a local client and recruiting for a part-time  (32 hours/week) Administrative Assistant in the Robinson, PA area.

 

 

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

  • Monitoring email inboxes
  • Reading e-mails and forward on to the necessary analyst
  • Logging in invoices that are received via email
  • Moving emails to the appropriate folder on a shared drive
  • Light data entry
  • Answer phones periodically

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Associate’s Degree or some college preferred
  • One (1) year in a business environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook experience strongly preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills required, experience in a client services role desired
  • Skilled at effective verbal and written communication
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, and to prioritize and re-prioritize, when necessary
  • Experience working in a cross-functional environment beneficial
  • Effective and timely communication to immediate supervisor of any issues or obstacles.
