Administrative Assistant


Adecco is assisting a leader in the safety industry in recruiting for an Administrative Assistant job in Robinson Township, PA. 

The Administrative Assistant will assist the Contract Administration team. The focus on this position will be to update and maintain information on our company databases and computer systems. Responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant include but are not limited to:

  • Compile, verify accuracy and sort information to prepare source data for computer entry
  • Insert customer and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from documents
  • Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities
  • Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
  • Scan documents and upload, when needed
  • Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
  • Comply with data integrity and security policies


Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for the Administrative Assistant:

  • Proven data entry work experience
  • Experience with MS Office
  • Experience with CRM and ERP systems; SFDC and Oracle a plus
  • Typing speed and accuracy
  • Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
  • Attention to detail
  • Customer Service experience
  • Comfortable with communicating to customers as well as internal team members at all levels
