Pay: 15.00 / HR
Shift/Hours: (8A – 4:30P)
Responsibilities for this Administrative Assistant job include, but are not limited to:
- Performs various administrative duties
- Prepares documents, reports and/or transcribes notes for managers
- Schedules meetings, travel arrangements to managers or other partners in the area
- May track or monitor expenses for the department.
- Maintains filing system for manager or other partners in the area
Qualifications for this Administrative Assistant job:
- Highschool Diploma or related field or equivalent experience
- Must have intermediate Microsoft Office
- Good written and oral communication skills are required
- 1 - 3 years’ experience in office environment is required
