Administrative Assistant

Adecco is currently hiring an experienced Administrative Assistant for a part time position at a local jewelry appraisal store.  This is an excellent opportunity to learn a new line of business and advance your career. Paid training is provided! 

Our client is looking for an Administrative Assistant who is reliable, punctual, likes to learn new things and can work independently. 

This Administrative Assistant position will require the following duties to be performed:

  • Invoicing, billing, AP/AR
  • Answering customers emails and custom order requests
  • Assist with appraising jewelry and train to become certified (client pays for certification)
  • Data Entry, document creation, product tracking
  • Answering phones and providing face to face customer service
This Administrative Assistant position requires professional dress and attitude at all times.  You will be dealing with a very high caliber of clientele and must present yourself as a business professional.  Hours until trained fully will be 9:30am-4pm Monday-Friday.  Once fully trained, this position will become full time.
