JOB SUMMARY

 

Assists the Quality Manager and maintains the Quality Assurance Department records

 

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

1.   Organize, file and prepare QA documentation, as required.

3.   Data Entry into the ERP system and Excel reports, as needed.

  1. Order office supplies as needed for the QA department.
  2. Conduct Customer Procedure Revision Checks; look for changes in revisions and alert QA Director.
  3. Create and update RMAs/ Work Orders/ Routers within the ERP  
  4. Create AGSE Shipment documents, such as Certificate of Conformance (CofC) packages and provide to QA Representatives for approval.
  5. Assist QA Manager in preparing Supplier Quality Scorecard Reports
  6. Maintain Sales Order folders for Quality Assurance
  7. Maintain Nonconformance Report (NCR) Log and help track aging NCR’s in the MRB Rack
  8. Maintain Corrective Action / Preventative Action Request Logs
  9. Any and all other duties as assigned by management.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

 

  1. Must be computer proficient in Word/Excel and/or experienced in equivalent software.
  2. Must have good organization skills, and the ability to multi-task.
  3. Ability to write and communicate effectively.
  4. Must be flexible to complete a variety of tasks with minimum supervision.
  5. Desire and ability to cross train as an Inspector.

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONS

 

While performing the duties of this job, employees are regularly required to sit, walk and stand; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands repetitively to finger, handle, feel or operate standard office equipment; reach with hands and arms; and lift up to 25 pounds.
