So, you’re looking for a great admin position in Raleigh. Good news! We’re now hiring a temp-to-hire administrative assistant. We like to call administrative assistants the glue that holds a company together. And we’re serious – you’re vital to the success of your team. This position is the perfect way to gain valuable experience.  


Here are some of the responsibilities you’ll have:

  • Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems, and use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management, and other applications. You can do it all!
  • Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material
  • Greet office visitors and handle their inquiries – you’re the face of the business!


These are the qualities we’re looking for in an administrative assistant:

  • The perfect candidate is a friendly people person that’s always ready to help and a great communicator.
  • Minimum High School education
  • MINIMUM 3-4 years administrative experience
  • MINIMUM 3-4 years customer service experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Experience with the Salesforce platform is a plus
