Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill an Administrative Assistant RANCHO CUCAMONGA CA This is a long term opportunity for the right person. Specific Duties:
1.Responsible for the overall administrative functions of the IPA
2. Responsible for Answering heavy phones, filing, ordering of supplies
3.Support the Director, Medical Director, UM Manager and network staff
4.coordinating daily appointments, calendar, and IPA network meetings (PCP, JOC, EC) also include coordination of venues, presentations and documents
5.Monthly distribution of eligibility reports; and monthly network capitation check distribution and Mailing
6. Responsible for all network notification and blast fax management.

Must have qualifications/experience:
1.3 years + experience in Health Care/ Managed care environment
2. High volume call management and excellent costumer service skills
3. Some college or Business/secretarial class work preferred. 3.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook. Power Point
4. advanced data entry, grammar and spelling and communication skills
5.excellent organizational skills.


Shift Start/End Time: 8:00 am- 5:00 pm
