Adecco Staffing is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a full time Administrative Assistant position in Redding, CA. This is a contract to hire opportunity. As an Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for answering phones, scheduling appointments, filing, inputting and processing work orders, and other duties as assigned. Responsibilities for this Administrative Assistant position include:

-Processing new service requests from existing and prospective customers
-Schedule new service, disconnect and repair service
-Dispatch and communicate with Service Technicians regarding appointments, changes and updates
-Handle any customer service issue and resolve customer service issues
-Process new applications and work orders


-A minimum of 2 yearsof experience in an Administrative position
-Must have strong attention to detail
-Strong Microsoft Office computer skills, including Excel and Outlook
-Strong Customer Service and Professional phone etiquette

Pay for this position is $12/hr. This is a full time temporary to hire opportunity.
