Administrative Assistant – Overland Park, KS
3 months (contract)
Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm
$14.51 / hr.

Specific Duties

General office duties may include word processing, data entry, auditing documents

Answering phones and distributing mail

Maintaining calendars, making travel arrangements, reserving conference rooms, coordinating meetings and other duties as assigned

Administrative employees would be a dedicated team to client Pickup Point solution for Laboratory Customers. This is a client Healthcare focus

Admin would receive clinic information, enter into the site, validate addresses, pickup schedules, update web forms, initiate vendor production through a template, provide critical activation dates (calendar management), run simple database updates using pre-built databases, send communications, answer phones and provide customer feedback

Must Have:

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent

Microsoft Office

Strong organizational skills

Strong communication skills

Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job

Works under immediate supervision
