Administrative Assistant – Mission, KS
2 months (contract)
Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm
$18.00 / hr.

Specific Duties


Provide superb administrative support by handling random requests and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings for various leaders.


Type reports, memos, letters and other documents using word relevant computer software.


Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.


Check and send mail


Order office supplies, executive lunches and food for misc. meetings


Schedule conference rooms for meeting agendas


Record, type and distribute meeting minutes


Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages


Make travel arrangements for executives


File and retrieve corporate documents, records and reports


Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email


Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals


Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining records management database systems



Must Have:


High School Diploma or equivalent


Candidate must be tech savvy, works well with text messaging, works in a fast-paced environment


Proficient in Word, Outlook, Google docs, Excel


Candidate must be on top of the manager's email/outlook inbox


Must be a good communicator; detail-oriented; must be able to multitask and juggle conflicting priorities; someone that is good with reporting; highly-organized


Someone that is good organizing emails/outlook emails


Admin Assistant experience is Required


Someone with budget and invoicing experience is a Plus
