Administrative Assistant I – Strongsville, OH
6 months (contract)
Monday - Friday 8am – 5pm
$18.50 / hr.

Specific Duties

Reaching out to MIS teams to obtain information, scheduling meetings, tracking action items and taking meeting minutes
Extracting data from share point, entering into excel and creating pivot tables and reports
Will obtain information from scheduled meetings
Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests and performing clerical functions
Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work
Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents
File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports
Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails
Prepare responses to correspondence containing routing inquiries
Perform other duties as assigned


Must Have:

High School Diploma or equivalent required
Entry level to 2 years’ experience required
Anyone with previous experience with Excel, SharePoint or light project management experience is a plus
Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage one’s time
Ability to keep information organized and confidential
Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
