Support the VP & General Manager, ICSP on general administrative responsibilities.
Other duties may be assigned.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Arranges travel plans and itineraries for the VP and other members of Executive team as required. Updates Outlook Calendar for travel-related meetings
Proactively manages the Calendar for the VP GM and works collaboratively with others to schedule/reschedule appointments as needed.
Occasionally, drafts and edits written correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the Vice President, as requested.
Arranges programs, events, or conferences for the Vice President by arranging for facilities and caterer, issues information or invitations, coordinates speakers, and controls event budget.
Maintains detailed records and a filing system for all documents, including meeting minutes, budget and financial reports, employment requisitions and personnel actions, etc.
Oversees the general organization in Building 10, including Facilities request/repairs, and any other tasks designated by the Vice President.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or minimum of six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports, emails and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Micosoft Excel software and Microsoft Word, PowerPoint. Must be proficient in Internet Explorer.
Communication & Computer Skills: Must have strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be an expert in standard office applications including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint (including animation), Outlook (including all scheduling and group-management functions) and Internet Explorer.
Must be proficient in online travel and accommodations research. Familiar with Org Chart software. Must be able to work occasional early mornings, evenings and weekends as required.
