Administrative Assistant

Adecco is currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant to work in Taylor, PA. This is a full time, temp to hire opportunity to work for a well-established manufacturing company in their Human Resources office.

This company is looking for a professional individual aspiring to commit long term to their company. Previous stable job history required. Previous administrative experience is also required.

Daily duties to include general office duties such as maintaining files, answering phones, and typing documents. Must work diligently to maintain smooth office operation. Previous Human Resource experience helpful, but not required.

Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm

$14 per hour

Temp-to-hire

Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

 

Additional Information/Qualifications:

  • The Administrative Assistant position is responsible for providing administrative support and performs a variety of administrative functions
  • Minimum of 3 (three) years prior administrative experience required
  • Must have Proficient/Intermediate level skills with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and general computer skills
  • Proficient customer service and phone etiquette
  • Candidate must have the ability to be detailed, proactive and able to handle multiple tasks in a timely manner
