Administrative Assistant

New

Client seeking high level administrative assistant to work in manufacturing facility as a Production Assistant. This is a LONG TERM assignment. Pay is $17-$19 HR Client is looking for someone who is a quick leaner and super sharp!

Must have exceptional clerical skills

Must have exceptional computer skills especially strong in Excel, also Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Etc....

If you have worked in a manufacturing environment that is a bonus!

You will work with the Co-Site Director and Resource Planner in this role and have your own office.

Some of the duties will include:

  • Update production schedule and distribute to plan supervisors.
  • Assign production order numbers to equipment part groups and delete VBIN items.
  • Create equipment parts add-on logbook and order index.
  • Create internal rebuild machine tags.
  • Break down production orders after completion and clean packets for re-use.
  • Track down missing labor and material entries after orders have been completed.
  • Deliver completed productions orders to Cost Accountant for finalization.
  • Deliver drawings from completed production orders to Engineering.
  • File completed production orders.
  • Execute monthly work-in-progress audit.
  • Send delivery note notification to warehouse on the last Monday of the month.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
