Administrative Assistant

Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for a Part Time Administrative Assistant - in Tucson AZ.  This is a long-term temporary opportunity. As an Administrative Assistant you will perform routine clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, or providing information to callers. If you meet the qualifications listed below-


  • Google Office Suite
  • Strong working knowledge of spreadsheets such as Excel, Numbers, or Google Sheets
  • Micro Soft Word, Mac Pages, and Google Docs
  • PowerPoint, Keynote, and Google Slides
  • Experience in Apple OS
  • Quick Books
  • Ability to work with National Clientele and Senior Executive
  • Strong working understanding of the Web
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Professional Demeanor
  • Reliable
