Administrative Assistant



Duties include:

  • Answering multi-line phones, typing, data entry & scanning. 
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel are required.
  • Ability to prioritize numerous tasks. 
  • Must be self-motivated, organized and detail-oriented with a strong sense of time management
  • Someone who shows great attention to detail while also being able to think quickly on their feet.
  • Willingness to jump in wherever help is needed
  • Ability to catch on quickly to company procedures and protocol.
  • Minimum 2 years related experience.
  • Human Resource experience a plus
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED
