You color-code, you organize, and you never let things slip through the cracks. As a Coordinator, you serve the support function for one of our business divisions. Ensuring things are running smoothly and deadlines are being met. Don’t worry…we have enough post-it notes to go around.

We are seeking a full-time coordinator to provide support to the Health Care Research department. As an Advisory Board team member, the Coordinator manages an array of business functions critical to the success of the department.

Specific Duties:
1. Act as internal and external liaison for the Health Care Research division
2. Manage and maintain calendars for several department executives
3. Coordinate travel and itineraries on an as needed basis
4. Provide other administrative and operational support to senior leadership including scheduling both internal and external meetings and calls
5. Perform data entry: manage and utilize computer databases, generate necessary reports, and assure accuracy of database information
6. Maintain and organize documents and archives
7. Coordinate logistics for team meetings
8. Assist in arranging special team and department events, functions, meetings, and lunches
9. Assist with collateral creation on an as needed basis
10. Track expenses and submit expense reports on a regular basis
11. Conduct literature searches on an as-needed basis
12. Other administrative duties as needed

Must have qualifications/experience:
1. Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of relevant experience
2. Attention-to-detail
3. Customer service experience
4. Administrative support experience
5. Solution-focused problem solving
6. Ability to work independently and autonomously with little day-to-day manager oversight
7. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
8. Experience managing multiple, competing priorities
9. Ability to communicate effectively in-person, by e-mail, and by phone with senior executives
10. Discretion with sensitive material and communications

Shift Start/End Time: 8:30-5:30pm ET

Dress Code:
The Advisory Board follows a casual dress code and asks staff to use good judgment
when deciding what to wear. Appropriate casual clothing should be neat, clean, and
suitable for all activities you will be involved in that day. Jeans and athletic footwear in
good condition are allowed.

The following are not considered appropriate casual attire:
-Revealing attire such as tank tops, crop tops, halter tops or tops with thin straps.
-Women are permitted to wear sleeveless shirts.
-Dresses or skirts that end more than 3 inches above the knee. Leggings and tights should only be worn in conjunction with an appropriate length skirt or dress.
-Exercise clothes
-Flip flops* or very casual sports sandals
-Baseball caps or hats
