Administrative Assistant

Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for an organized Administrative Assistant in Wausau, WI.  This is for a temporary opportunity with potential for hire that will give you valuable experience to enhance your career. As an Administrative Assistant you will perform a wide variety of secretarial support duties in a manner which will ensure the proper functioning of the business unit and enhance the productivity and effectiveness of the department. Responsibilities for this Administrative Assistant job include:

  • Preparing Onbase documents.
  • Filing of COBRA correspondence.
  • Providing work to those who Work At Home (WAH).
  • Quality checking work from those who WAH.
  • Open and Sort COBRA incoming mail.



  • High School or post high school courses or comparable work experience.
  • Working knowledge of Access, Excel and Word.
  • Able to set priorities and establish an efficient, well-organized work area.
  • Must work accurately and effectively to meet necessary deadlines.
  • Ability and willingness to work effectively with others and with minimal supervision.


This is a first shift position working Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm at a pay rate of $13.00/hour.
