Adecco is assisting a local Memorial Park in their search for an Administrative Sales Assistant (Office Receptionist) to assist in the day to day operation support of special project tasks, administrative and office support tasks and/or other duties as directed. The schedule most likely will be 9 am to 5 pm Monday – Friday.

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Sort or classify information according to guidelines such as content, purpose, user criteria or chronological, alphabetical, or numerical order
  • Add new material to file records, and create new records as necessary
  • File correspondence, cards, invoices, receipts, and other records in alphabetical and /or per the filing system used. Provide accurate and timely retrieval of records to meet service standards and expectations;
  • Assist in providing customer service for records management
  • Prepare interfiles, by lining up and sorting for proper placement in appropriate folders
  • Deeds and certificates-Prepare Certificates of Ownership, record and file and trac delivery
  • Perform other functions as required
  • Ability to multitask and handle large volumes of information

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Considerable knowledge of modern office practices and procedures
  • Strong skill set in typing accurately
  • Ability to make decisions based upon regulations and office procedures and precedents
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure, demonstrate ability to establish and maintain good working relations hips with employees and the general public
  • Outstanding customer service skills; integrity; good judgement
