Responsibilities, Qualifications, & Details:
Job Title: Administrative Assistant w/ HR experience
Shift: Mon- Fri 8:00am-5:00pm
Location: Houston, TX
Pay Rate: NA

HR Assistant/ Receptionist
Essential Functions:
1. Answers phones for the Plant and HR department
2. Front office receptionist
3. Order food and organize meeting for leadership team
4. Maintain kitchen, front reception area
5. Performs personnel file maintenance
6. Assists with new-employee orientations
7. Maintains confidential personnel files and personnel actions
8. Assists the manager with HR projects

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Education and Experience:
1. High school diploma or equivalent required, plus one year of office/clerical support experience.
Preferred Education and Experience
• Previous HR experience.
• Previous clerical/admin experience
• Some college
• Great communication and written skills
• High energy with positive attitude
• Experience with Kronos
• Microsoft program experience
