Administrative Assistant

Adecco is hiring immediately for an Administrative Assistant at a local client in Windsor, CT. In this role, you will answer, and direct incoming calls in a professional and pleasant manner, you will provide general administrative support (reporting, copying, filing, faxing, etc.) and perform other duties as required.


  • Must be 18+ years old
  • Previous administrative/teller experience preferred
  • Experience in prioritizing work and multi-tasking with a strong sense of urgency
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to become proficient in multiple IT applications
  • Communication and Email etiquette
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are a must
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Overtime required
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs. consistently and bend/squat often

  • Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
