SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Excellent verbal and written communication skills, MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and email systems, strong
administrative coordination abilities, customer service experience. Experience with Word Processing, Spreadsheets, SharePoint, OneNote, Outlook, SAP

SCOPE OF WORK:

Handle incoming / outgoing personnel, check lists, set-up, etc. Handle Recognition Letters & Awards Life Safety Lead Maintain /Update Section Head/Group Lead Outlook calendar Perform WebBAR
Reviews (on behalf of Section Head/Group Leads) Process Requests for ID, Data Access, Hardware, Software needs Process OPAL/PSDA request for Division (SAP required)
Schedule conference room / arrange catering / meeting notices
Schedule 1 on 1 with direct reports for Section Head/Group
Leads "SHARP & EUP Timekeeper – Work with EUP system to confirm all entries are entered, Enter Payroll Exceptions into SHARP timekeeping system.
Submit eMERGE requests – building services, office moves, etc. "Vacation Entitlement/Time Taken - Compare EUP/G1P (SHARP) system for accuracy (monthly) & collect Carryover requests (yearly)"
Word Processing Spreadsheets SharePoint
- Team Site Section OneNote Ordering Supplies for section Handle Ad hoc requests from Section/Division personnel


Provides administrative support to a department or individual.
Duties may include: typing, filing, answering phones, scheduling, calendaring, record keeping, coordinating meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies and/or
sorting/distributing mail. May work on special projects to include recording, compiling, retrieving, reporting and analyzing information. Must be able to multi-task and prioritize.
Strong communication skills and organizational skills are required. Proficiency with MS Office required. Works with moderate work direction, and can identify issues/problems but may need assistance in resolving. This position would typically include senior Administrative Assistant who is able to manage, train and mentor other office staff, lead projects, handle confidential and sensitive data. Nature of the job is generally creating rather than maintaining and developing rather than monitoring.
