Administrative Assistant/Coordinator

Adecco is seeking a dedicated, customer focused and detailed oriented administrative assistant with natural organizational skills.
Able to quickly discern customer needs, providing a tailored and unique solution for a great customer experience while operating within specific Client requirements and expectations.
Fast learner with a strong ability to adapt to new systems and established processes.
Must be able to successfully manage a variety of projects and priorities in a fast paced, ever changing environment.
Has quick and sound judgement, assessing the needs of a variety of internal customers and proactively solving within established guidelines.
This role supports the Client reporting directly to the CDC Manager and multiple Consultants, while also supporting the Client expectations and requirements.
Duties may include: Schedules and coordinates multiple Outlook calendars with a variety of appointments
Maintains accurate and detailed databases
Gathers and documents data, providing accurate metrics from multiple sources Assists with administrative management
Performs multifaceted general office support
Greets customers, guests and visitors
Manages inventory of supplies
Manages various forms of required documentation
Required Skills: Proficient in Advanced MS Office Suite Excel and Outlook
Work Hours: Monday through Thursday: 8:00 to 5:00 (24 to 32 hours per week) assignment ends 12/31/18
