The most important skill needed in the Admin. Assistant/Receptionist role is communication. The Receptionist interacts with coworkers via email or in-person. Effective written and verbal communication is critical. 

 

Responsibilities, Qualifications, & Details:

• Coordinate all launch catering 
• Support Employee Engagement team for training programs and events 
• Coordinate scheduling and catering for Employee engagement 
• Deliver Packages 
• Manage lobby visitors upon arrival 
• Facilitate shipping labels for FedEx shipments 
• Manage department badges 
 

Key Qualifications 

• 1-2 years of experience in a corporate environment 
• Excel in a fast-paced, fluid environment with competing demands and deadlines 
• An obsession with a positive customer experience 
• Clear, direct and persuasive communicator 
• Flexible approach to problems 

Education


• Bachelors degree, advanced degree is a plus 

           

Shift Start/End Time: M-F 8AM – 5PM

Note – July 2nd Start Date
