Adecco is recruiting for an Administrative Professional to assist the recruiting team. This is a TEMPORARY opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for all Human Resources activities and processes including talent acquisition, interview scheduling, administration of Xpert testing, and generating on-boarding packets to applicants.
  • Administers the filling of hourly Production/ Maintenance positions, as well as all other Non-Exempt positions. This includes the timely posting of positions, verification of eligibility, and guiding hiring managers on making fair, legal decisions consistent with state/federal laws and company policy.

This position will also provide assistance with regards to Employee Relations activities including answering questions from employees regarding HR topics. The incumbent is expected to cover for the Receptionist/Administrative Assistant while they are on lunch and/or out of the office.

  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Work well under tight timelines and ability to prioritize work in fast-paced environment
  • Excellent judgment, follow-up skills and personal accountability
  • Highly Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
