Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill an Administrative Assistant job in Irvine, CA. This is a temporary 3-5 month opportunity. As a Administrative Asst / Awards Associate you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Marketing Department and assisting with an Awards project. Hours are Monday thru Friday 8AM-5PM. Pay is $18-$20//HR. Apply Now if you meet the qualifications listed below!

Responsibilities for this Marketing Coordinator job include:

� Assist with data entry of quarterly and annual awards information
� Process quarterly awards Run Ad Hoc reports for awards and other programs
� Prepare weekly reports and correspondence; vendor relations and management
� Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively; answer award related inquiries


Qualifications:

� Bachelor Degree highly preferred
� Must have a marketing or administrative related experience
Must be proficient with Word, Excel




Pay is $18-$20/HR
