1.Preparation of reports/presentations using various software packages and databases

2. Compile information from various sources

3. Perform audits of various types

4. Being able to handle small scale projects

5. Handling every day office functions


1. SAP experience preferred, not necessary

2. Customer Service background.

3. Ability to work well under pressure, to work independently, and to meet deadlines.

4. Goal oriented and motivated.

5. Experience in Administrative roles
