Adecco is currently seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support a range of departmental, administrative projects. Long term temp position – 16 – 20 hrs per week.  The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for general admin duties to include arranging meetings, updating materials on website and intranet, order supplies, correspondence and more.  If you meet the qualifications listed below please Apply Now!


Responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant may include but are not limited to the following:

  • Maintain email list and send e-correspondence
  • Arranging meetings onsite and remotely
  • Update departmental material on intranet and website
  • Assemble light packages for shipment and letters/correspondence
  • Order supplies, basic data entry into databases

Administrative Assistant candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, financial literacy
  • Min- 3+ years exp as in similar role
  • Knowledge of MS Word (mail-merge required), Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Exp using intranet/web and web-based systems (will train on internal system)
  • Ability to prioritize and organize
  • Able to work independently to deadlines


16 - 20 hours per week – long term temporary position.
