Administrative Coordinator
As an Administrative Coordinator, you anticipate the needs of your managers and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. You move quickly with the changing environment and are up to date with the latest Company products and services. In addition to being organized and analytical, you possess the strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions.

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:

  1. Calendar support for multiple VPs;
  2. Schedule analysis to ensure efficient workflow;
  3. Partner closely with executives to align calendars with their business priorities.

Other Responsibilities May Include:

  • Large team meeting bookings across global offices;
  • Event support (offsites, tech talks, all hands bookings);
  • Travel support (researching flights, accommodations, ground transportation and business meals);
  • Task management, other ad hoc requests (assistance with projects, quick turn around items, team support);
  • Build efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help define new operational strategies.
Mandatory Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience;
  • 2-5 years of direct executive support, project management or event planning experience;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Self-starter, team player, flexible;
  • Familiar and comfortable with gSuite (gmail, calendar, drive, etc.)
