Administrative - Customer Service Rep – Dayton, OH
5 months
Monday – Friday flexible between 8am – 11pm EST. Training 8am – 5pm (6 weeks)
$13.81 / hr.

Specific Duties


Strong candidate provides top quality service and information to customers about client Dental insurance products; explains policy features and benefits, provides policy-specific information regarding claims, and processes complex transactions accurately


At all times enhance and strengthen relationships between the customer and client


Workers are expected to perform these responsibilities in a consistent, professional manner while displaying superior interpersonal and service skills


Must possess a pleasant and engaging phone voice and demonstrate a true desire to help people


Associates are expected to perform these responsibilities while exercising strong verbal, interpersonal and servicing skills


Ability to understand and respond clearly to customers in a fast-paced environment while promoting our core values and delivering world class customer service


Uses dynamic communication skills to address customer needs


Must Have:


Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 2-3 years of experience in customer service


Works under supervisor


Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field


Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job
