Administrative Call Center Supervisor

Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search for an experienced CALL CENTER SUPERVISOR in SANDUSKY, OH.  This position is a long term temporary job opportunity. Responsibilities for CALL CENTER SUPERVISOR include but are not limited to the following:

 


       *   Monitor Call Center and answer incoming phone inquiries.

      * Serve as key contact to end users requesting program eligibility.
  • Manage Call Center and attend trainings as required.
  • Use proprietary software to enter data in data base.

 

Candidates must meet the following CALL CENTER SUPERVISOR requirements for consideration:

 

  • High School Graduate or Equivalent
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills to document information in data base and to communicate to various departments by email.
  • Must possess good troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of the eligibility policy for Medicaid

 

Part time hours 20-24 hours per week, as needed.  Between the hours of 8am-4:30pm

 

Pay for this position is $20.00/hr. This is a long term temporary position.
